The production facilities are located within a critical hygiene control area where food safety is optimised.
The area is climate controlled to required temperatures and humidity specifications, and air is filtered for purity.
The plant has two ribbon blenders.
A milling facility converts granular sugar to milled sugar for consistency, and we have a direct sugar feed, which improves efficiency, and reduces costs.

We are the only plant in the Southern Hemisphere with a Chiyoda Kohan UV Steriliser, and it has a 99.5% bacteria and spore kill rate.
Our blended products meet the most stringent specifications for our customers.
