Fine Liquid Sugar is a partially decolourised syrup taken from the white sugar refining process prior to crystallisation. This product can vary in it's characteristics of colour, flavour, odour, microbial activity and presence of insoluble matter depending on the quality or source of the raw sugar.

Premium Liquid Sugar is a virtually clear liquid sucrose produced by dissolving white refined sugar crystals in potable water. Tight density control, fine filtration and pasteurisation ensure a high quality product with optimum colour, odour and flavour characteristics, and minimal bacterial activity.
