Communities and Partnerships

Having a special place in New Zealand history and the iconic nature of the Chelsea site and products, directly impacts the culture of the business.

Being based on the shores of the Waitemata Harbour and nestled into the Birkenhead community with envious parklands surrounding it to the north, Chelsea is a beautiful place to work.

We are passionate about the welfare of our team, from safety through to wellbeing and the team is passionate about the business and the role we play in the wider community.

We actively encourage and organise participation in our wider community from working with Kaipatiki on preserving and enhancing the land around the site, contributing to various charities and other community initiatives.

Our people make us who we are. With 36 nationalities represented in our team today, we will continue to develop our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion programme to ensure we have reflective workforce of the communities we serve.
